I have been in professional sales management for 13 years. I work in the wireless field and @ 3/4 of this time I have been in mid level management in 2nd and 3rd tier markets. I have extensive experience managing people, forecasts, growth, strategy and marketing. I have had the unique opportunity to really work in a front line management environment where my focus has been on market growth and employee development.
I am passionate about helping people to get to their “next level”. This can be scary for some and requires trust and commitment on a management and employee level
I have always worked in a fast paced, hunting environment with an emphasis on customer retention. I spent eight years with a startup wireless provider and the last 10 months with an established international telecommunications provider. I have thrived in opportunities where I am revitalizing or developing a stalled or underperforming market. Some people see a bad market – I see opportunity for GROWTH!!
I have a degree in Psychology and have worked in the field of Psychology, spent time as a Corporate Trainer for a national mid level dining chain and spent the majority of my career in wireless communications.
I am a fan of understanding process, managing and leading people and developing out of the box strategies to drive results. An unfortunate by product is when things start to really click, boredom can rear it’s ugly head.

Good stuff here… I will refer as many people I know in the Marketing world towards your site… Having managed every aspect of the marketing landscape from advertising to telemarketing I rate this an A++… Some of what is in here are pure sales basics that are never followed.
